Originally from Los Angeles, California Matthew Noll has over 15 years experience in the fashion, apparel and design industry, developing his career in global sourcing, production and creative direction.

With a tenure in sustainability and supply chain at Patagonia, Matt believes that brands have a unique opportunity to connect with a new generation of consumers who care about the environment and the workers making the products they buy.

With an emphasis on quality over quantity the world of fashion and design is ever evolving, and global supply chain strategy is just as critical as product excellence.

Working in India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Colombia, and Peru, to name a few, Matt has travelled the globe visit cotton farms, fabric mills, and factories making technical and non-technical products for men, women and kids.

Learning with every factory visit and seasonal product launch over the past 15 years, Matt is an expert in product manufacturing.
